On the WB hit Smallville, 18 year-old Kristin Kreuk plays Lana Lang, Clark Kent's secret crush. (Smallville is a new spin on the Superman character and is about Clark Kent as a teeneager.) When she's not living in Smallville, the half-Dutch, half-Chinese actress lives with her family in Vancouver. In Kristin Kreuk's down time she loves to hang out with her friends, go to the movies, read, dance and do gymnastics. If you haven't seen Smallville yet, then check it out Tuesday nights on the WB. If you're not into the Superman thing - you can also catch Kristin Kreuk in the title role of the TV movie, Snow White for ABC.

Kristin
Kreuk was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. She
started acting in high school plays but kept her focus more on
her studies. Kristin lucked out at the start of senior year when
she went to an open casting call - her first professional audition
- and snagged a starring role on the TV show Edgemont. Fans of
the high school show don't need to worry, Kristin Kreuk has been
on Edgemont for two seasons and will continue doing it while filming
Smallville. Phew!
